Online Learning at Truman
The Truman Institute currently offers one fully-online graduate certificate (post-BA) in Sustainability and Environmental Studies and three more are in development.
Truman State University also offers a variety of online courses during the summer, and occasional online courses during the academic year, which have primarily an undergraduate audience.

Professional Development Courses
The Truman Institute is developing fully-online professional development courses in response to demand for specific subject matter.
A fully online course in grantwriting is currently being offered this fall and will be offered again in the summer and fall of 2012.
Soon to come is an online course in technical writing.
An online course for K-12 teachers responsible for sponsoring speech, debate, and theater activities will launch in the Summer of 2012.
Additional online course concepts are currently in the developmental stages.

Summer is a FANTASTIC time to take online classes from Truman State University - whether you are a current Truman student or simply want to take a challenging and affordable course as a non-degree seeking student.

Online Course Fees
To support the costs of online learning at Truman State University, all online courses charge a $20 online course fee ($20 per course NOT per credit hour). This fee helps offset the added costs of network infrastructure and instructional design.
