This assignment is a full-time position spanning approximately 7 days and is typically held in June. Please know that preference is given to students in a pre-health profession, biology major, or to students who have significant experience in health topics by virtue of some co-curricular activities. After those students have been considered, preference then goes to education majors.

Night Monitor

The night monitor is responsible for supervising the residence hall after hours during the academy by patrolling the hallways at night and responds to student needs that may occur after hours to ensure overnight safety of all students and staff.
